ServiceHQ

How ServiceHQ works — 5 steps from call to cash.

A customer calls. A job appears. A technician shows up, finishes, and gets paid. You see every step happen in real time and the money lands in the right bank automatically. Here's exactly how it flows.

From customer call to paid invoice — automated.

Every locksmith shop runs the same five steps. ServiceHQ is the first tool that handles all of them in one app.

1

The phone rings. Our AI answers in your company name.

Your shop gets a dedicated phone number. When a customer calls — at 3 PM or 3 AM — the AI receptionist picks up, introduces itself as your business, and gathers the four things you'd ask anyway: name, address, what's broken, and a callback number.

By the time the call ends, the job is already in your dashboard.

What's different: Call centers charge around $1.25 per call. ServiceHQ's AI is about $0.13. Same four questions. 90% cheaper. And it never sleeps.

The job appears in your pipeline. Routing is already done.

The new job lands in your "New Lead" column with the customer's name, address, and service request filled in. ServiceHQ knows which partner covers that ZIP code and automatically sends the job to the closest available technician.

You don't text anyone. You don't call to check who's free. The right tech sees it on their phone.

What's different: ScanPay and Square take payments but don't dispatch. Uleadz and Jobber dispatch but were built for HVAC employees, not independent partner shops. ServiceHQ is the only platform that does both — natively, for locksmiths.

The technician taps Accept on their phone.

Your partner gets the job on their mobile portal — works on any phone, iOS or Android, no app store download required. They see customer name, address, what's broken, and a one-tap "Accept" button.

Once they accept, you see their live location moving toward the job on your dispatcher map. The customer gets a tracking link by SMS. Nobody has to ask "where are you?"

What's different: The partner's phone number stays masked from the customer. The customer's phone stays masked from the partner. Every call and text routes through ServiceHQ, so partners can't back-door your customers, and customers can't bypass your shop.

The customer sees status updates and pays through their phone.

When the job is done, the technician taps "Send Estimate" or "Mark Complete" and the customer gets a payment link by SMS. They tap it, pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay, or card, and the receipt is automatic.

No card readers. No "let me get my chip reader from the truck." No "the swipe didn't work, try again."

What's different: Payment runs through Stripe — the same processor ScanPay and Square use — but it's tied directly to the job, the customer, and the tracking page. No copy-pasting. No reconciling spreadsheets at the end of the week.

The money lands in the right bank — yours and your tech's.

The customer's payment auto-splits according to your revenue share. If the deal is 60/40, your 60% lands in your Stripe-connected bank and the technician's 40% lands in theirs. Same daily payout schedule. No Zelle, no Venmo, no "I'll send it Friday."

You set the split per partner once. Every future job follows it automatically.

What's different: Most locksmith shops still pay techs at the end of the week from one combined bank account. With ServiceHQ, each side gets paid the day the customer pays. Less paperwork for you, faster cash for them.

One app instead of four. Same Stripe under the hood.

Stop juggling ScanPay, Uleadz, WhatsApp, and Zelle. Set up ServiceHQ in under an hour and run every job, payment, and partner from a single screen.
