Export your customer list from your GorillaDesk account (a few clicks in their settings). Start your ServiceHQ trial and email the export to [email protected] — or reply to your welcome email with it attached.

We load it — free

We import your customers, service addresses, devices, and job history into your account, usually within one business day. No CSV wrangling, no field mapping, no weekend lost to data entry.

Review, then run a route

Open the app, spot-check your own accounts, build tomorrow's route, and run it for real. If anything looks off we fix it. You decide at the end of the trial — not before.

Common Questions

Do I have to cancel GorillaDesk before trying ServiceHQ?

No — and we recommend you don't. Run both during your trial. Most operators run one real route in ServiceHQ, compare the day side by side, and cancel the old subscription only once they're sure.

What does the migration cost?

Nothing. It's free during your trial, whether or not you end up subscribing. Your data is yours — that cuts both ways, and if you ever leave ServiceHQ you can export everything back out.

How long does it take?

Usually one business day from the moment you send the export. Larger accounts with years of history can take a little longer — we'll give you a real timeline when we see the file.

Will my techs need training?

The mobile app is built to be learned in a ride-along: today's route, tap the job, scan the station, log the material, collect the signature. Most techs are comfortable by their second stop.

I'm mid-contract / mid-billing-cycle. When should I switch?

Start the trial now so the migration and a test route are done while your current plan runs out — then flip when your renewal date hits. Winter slow season is the classic switching window, but the trial costs nothing whenever you start.
